Abandono de momento

Como ya os he estado contando he estado intentando ser seleccionado para trabajar de azafato. Este ultimo intento tambien ha sido en vano, pues el curso en caso de pasar el proceso de seleccion era muy caro y corria por mi cuenta. A esto habia que sumar que el curso se realizaba en Dublin y la duracion era de 5 semanas y por supuesto tambien habia que buscarse las castanas por alli durante este tiempo: alquiler de un piso, manutencion, y por supuesto seguir pagando el piso de Edinburgh por lo que decidi abandonar el proceso de seleccion tras la charla. Volvere a intentarlo si algun dia vuelvo a Madrid y tengo algo de dinero ahorrado porque esta visto que el aeropuerto de Edinburgh es una mierda y siempre hay que ir yendo a otros lugares. El curso costaba 1850 libras por cierto. Estas buscando curro y tienes que invertir en tu futuro. En fin la culpa es mia por no tener fondos y estar viviendo siempre al
dia dia.

Ya viene el sol

I am writing this post just to advice you to listen to a Spanish band which name is Mecano. If you like 80's music you have to have a look at this. They were quite popular band in Spain in the 80's and they sold some albums outside Spain as well which is not common for Spanish bands because of the language. Thanks God things are changing in my country.

Segunda Oportunidad

Tras mi fracaso en el intento con Easyjet el destino me brinda una segunda oportunidad con Ryanair y esta vez no me tengo que ir tan lejos, solo hasta Glasgow. Aqui el tema esta en que en el caso de pasar la prueba de seleccion, tendria que irme a vivir a Prestwich que es una localidad dentro de Glasgow pero bastante a las afueras o elegir la base de Madrid y volver a casa aunque aqui este super comodo y me guste 100 veces mas. El caso es que quiero currar de esto o al menos mejorar lo presente y como aun no me han seleccionado yo voy a intentarlo y ya tendre tiempo de pensarlo mas adelante. Si la cago en esta prueba de seleccion me dare por vencido e intentare para otros puestos como piloto, controlador de vuelo, o algo que pegue mas con mi perfil y nivel intelectual.

No di la talla, me quedo en tierra...

No he pasado las pruebas de caracter psicologico para ser azafato. Pase la prueba de mates, ingles y en esto que he estudiado no di la talla. La culpa la tuvo una dinamica de grupo de seleccion de items en la que una bolsa de cacahuetes me hizo debatir con otro candidato y por seguir las reglas del juego creo que me dieron boleto. El tema es que yo era alergico a los cacahuetes y no podia permitir que los otros miembros del grupo los seleccionaran porque esto supondria mi muerte. Pense que lo que se buscaba era la participacion activa en la actividad y en esto intente ser el mejor, tratando de justificar el porque no queria coger los cacahuetes puesto que convenci al resto de los candidatos (no podia decir que era alergico logicamente). Les dije que los cacahuetes nos harian beber mas agua y no estabamos para derrochar agua y propuse unas manzanas como mejor alternativa. El otro tipo debia tener el mismo problema con las manzanas y el decia que eran mejor los cacahuetes porque no se podririan. Gustaron mas las manzanas. Yo convencido de que habia triunfado con la dinamica de grupos y tanto al chaval como a un pivon y a mi nos dijeron que gracias por haber asistido pero que tenian que descartar a gente y no dabamos el perfil que buscaba la empresa. Previamente habian echado a dos por las mates y el ingles asi que quedaron 4 pivones y un tio que tambien estaba bueno y no se que habra sido de ellos. Les deseo suerte de todas formas eran majetes. Ademas te quedas un poco gota cuando no te aceptan y no sabes muy bien por que.

Apocalypto

Last weekend I went to the cinema and I saw Apocalypto. To be honest I didn't enjoy a lot with that film. It's alright but I think is not a masterpiece. The film tells a story of a superhero who run more than Forrest Gump even when he has three arrows in him and some other wounds. I liked the landscapes and the recreation of this ancient period of the history and also some violent scenes but for me was no good enough and the worst Mel Gibson's film I ever seen. Besides I recommend you this great video which you probably have seen before.

Cabin Crew

After my 69 post I'm writing you in otder to inform that I'm going to Luton next Thursday to do a course to become an air host for Easyjet. I'm quite happy for that because I have the opportunity of changing my life radically. I'd like to work in this kind of job because I like travelling and also airplanes since I was a child.
Yesterday I went to Darren's house to have a chat with some friends and we were playing life music aswell.

Looking for a better life

After two weeks in Edinburgh that's what is happening to me: I haven't found a job yet, anyway 4 guys in the college kitchen are off sick and I'm doing overtime which is a good news, I'm playing football indoor again with my old team and jogging in the gym at least 3 days a week, I'm not going out (except the day I went to Rado's and Lucy's leaving party), I'm doing my assessments and also I'm watching some films on my laptop because I can sleep longer now. It's a boring life isn't it? I have to think in the suicide soon after hearing a music piece like this.

I'm back

After 20 days on holiday in Spain I'm back in Edinburgh. To be in Spain made me think about things I should change this new year. First think I would like to change is my workplace because I'm broke and I need a new job./* January is a difficult month to try because Edinburgh is very quite for tourism. I want to concentrate in studies too and I'm not so interested in clubbing or partying this new year. I just want to have a quiter life without so much alcohol to enjoy more my money for example doing the thing that I most like which is travelling. Sport is gonna be one of my goals as well and I want to keep jogging at least five days a week.
I've got a serious problem with the girls so I'm not going a try anything with them by now. I'll be sat waiting for my future wife and if I couldn't find her I will go to a monastery soon.

Feliz Ano y concierto remember Seven- D

Feliz ano desde Madrid. Hoy es el dia en el que Seven-D se reune para recordar viejas epocas. El concierto sera a partir de las 2230 en el barrio de Bilbao (centro)y el local que nos acoge es "El trece". Espero que todo salga bien y que os guste porque para ser sinceros no hemos tenido mucho tiempo para prepararlo por la escasez de tiempo y el periodo vacacional en el que nos vemos sumidos ano tras ano. Aqui os cuelgo una de las invitaciones con la direccion exacta y una especie de ficha tecnica del grupo.
