Easter has come

Hey atomos, Easter holidays has already come. I'm going to have 16 days off,well some less because I'm going to do overtime, anyway I'm going to try have some fun. Tomorrow I'm planning a trip to Petland if the weather is nice, on Monday some friends are having a party and next Wednesday is my Birthday too. Thanks God for all these black celebrations in your honour.

Lentejada

Que tal todo gente? Yo aqui, todo contento porque un amigo (Gonzito) va a realizar una lentejada la proxima semana. Os preguntareis que es eso de "lentejada" y os lo voy a explicar. Gonzo es un gran cocinero y como aqui la mayoria no sabemos cocinar (al menos yo) pues me pongo muy contento cada vez que alguien tiene una iniciativa de estas. La historia es que se queda en alguna casa y se cocina para varios, platos que aqui no son tipicos pero en Espana si lo son: paella, lentejas, tortillas de patata... Normalmente se suele quedar con extranjeros de otros paises que tambien hacen sus platos tipicos y asi pruebas de todo y acabas bien agusto escapandote de la cocina escocesa y el fish and chips que tan de moda esta en este pais. Asi que dicho queda, si os quereis apuntar a la lentejada avisar a Gonzo para que vaya calculando para cuantos cocinar y si teneis amigos de otras nacionalidades que tambien quieran colaborar estais invitados a la comilona. La idea era ir a casa de Gonzo el fin de semana que viene para celebrar las vacaciones de semana santa. Nos vemos!!!

Pues nada, como mi vida es tan aburrida y tan pobre que no se me ocurre que contar, os voy a dar mi opinion sobre la ultima pelicula que he visto. 300 es el titulo y va sobre el ejercito de 300 hombres (SPARTANS) que se enfrentaron contra un ejercito de mas de un millon de soldados (GREEKS).
Mas que una pelicula me parecio un juego de la Play Station 3 en la que los SPARTANS iban pasando de fases enfrentandose a enemigos mas grandes, feos y fuertes. La pelicula en si no me dijo nada y se me hizo hasta aburrida. Eso si, sali con unas ganas de matar negritos o gente de color del cine que no veas tu y tambien un poco + violento de lo que entre, pero quiza fue por lo mala que me parecio. Ademas perdi mi monedero con tres libras me cago en todo. Aqui os dejo el trailer que engana un poco y tiene B.S.O de los clavos.

Emilio, Dario y Ana, Cumple de Sergio y San Patricio

Hace unos dias que no escribo en mi blog y es porque he estado liadillo con unos asuntillos. Lo primero felicitar a Sergio por su 28 cumpleanos. Me habria gustado estar por alli para celebrarlo con vosotros. Espero que te hayan regalado muchas cosas y que te lo pasaras bien rodeado de los tuyos. Tambien mencionar que el fin de semana se juntaron varias cosas: la llegada de Dario y Ana, viejos habitantes de Edinburgh que se han acercado por una semana con un amiguete de su barrio; la llegada de Emilio con sus companeros de curro y clase de ingles y por ultimo la celebracion de San Patrick Day con mis colegas en el Mood.
Con Dario, Ana e Ivan (su colega) estube hablando en un pub llamado Globe para terminar en lo que ha sido su casa durante su estancia. Me alegre mazo de verlos y fue un detallazo por su parte el que me trajeran una bolsa con distintos alimentos espanoles que aqui se echan de menos. Con Emilio recorri unos pubs de moda para ver si le quedaba un buen recuerdo de Edinburgh y estuvimos cenando en un grill americano. Tambien estos chavales se portaron invitandome a todo, les debo una por si vuelven por aqui. Me insistieron en que volverian para dormir en mi casa a lo que yo nunca pongo pegas especialmente si de mujeres se trata...
Por ultimo contar que fui a Mood a celebrar San Patrick con unos colegas y lo pasamos bastante bien, ademas de ligar con una chavalas que estaban como un cencerro (o igual era yo). Consegui unos gorros de Guinnes y Emilio se lleva uno para alla. Como ya aburro con tanto texto, aqui os dejo el video que ha revolucionado al mundo.

Piero Crucianelli, brother of Crumar's Mario Crucianelli, was Elka's president until it was sold to GEM (now a part of Generalmusic).
Its in museums and I checked the price on the internet and it costs for about $420.

Year Zero, Volta and Unknown one by Recoil

This year new releases from my favourite artists are coming. Year Zero by Nine inch Nails, Volta by Bjork and the one I most hope which is the unknown Alan Wilder's work will be soon in my collection. I already listened 4 tracks from Year Zero and I found them not really worked. I liked the lyrics and vocals in Survivalism but the music is quite poor in my opinion. Anyway I prefer to wait and listen carefully all the tracks before give you my shitty opinion. Have a look at this video from a band called "Exotic Birds"

Bjork's album is going to realease on the 7th of May 07 and Mark Bell and other people will appear in her work. After Medulla I hope more instruments and rhythm in this future Volta. It doesn't have to be commercial but at least more amusing and faster. To conclude I'm quite anxious with the last album which Alan is going to release soon. I know is going to be different but I'm not sure if I'm going to enjoy it because I think he is not going to play with synths and this kind of stuff.

Stirling

After nearly one year I visited Stirling again yesterday. First time I was there Chapete and Candi were with me visiting Scotland and we decided to go there because there're two important things to look at: the Stirling Castle and the Wallace Monument. When they came I remembered it was the hottest day since I'm here. We were sweating quite a lot that day. Yesterday the weather was not too good but was sunny as well with some drizzle.
