Run, Enriko, Run!
I love jogging and I recommend everyone to do it. It help me to feel better everyday with myself. It makes me think about the things that happend to me during the day and it's good to forget the problems as well. Therefore is good to be fit and to burn all the rubbish that you're eating during the day even when you're trying to avoid it. At the begining is difficult to start because your bodies are not use to suffer but in a couple of weeks you can see the benefits of doing sport. Honestly I used to be very fat and now I feel very well doing that exercise. So if you want to join me jogging around Arthur's Seat just let me know.
